This advanced training module is designed for experienced coaches, teachers, therapists and breathwork facilitators who want to elevate their practice by integrating functional breathwork with client-focused assessments, somatic therapy techniques, trauma-informed approaches, and tailored stress management strategies.
Participants will learn to coach 1:1 clients and groups through a variety of techniques to identify, understand, and release stress. Through guided assessments, they’ll explore how to help clients recognise where they hold stress in the body, uncover the emotional or situational roots of tension, and implement actionable tools to reduce stress and tackle issues such as anxiety, sleep disorders, and emotional overwhelm. Additionally, this training introduces the principles of somatics and trauma therapy, empowering participants to support clients in a safe, regulated, and effective way.
The master training will be held over 4 in-person training days, and two live online Zoom sessions.
The course also provides a framework for integrating these skills into existing practices such as yoga, mindfulness, or coaching sessions, as well as adapting them for group or corporate wellness programs. Embarking on your journey into breathwork facilitator training in the PRANABEAT method, you will be guided by Kate Robinson. With over 8 years of immersion in the holistic wellness realm, Kate's path into breathwork began after experiencing burnout following 9 years of work within medical diagnostics. Her transformative journey led her to India, where she studied pranayama under the guidance of renowned teacher Sunil Sharma, immersing herself in its profound traditions.
Kate's passion for breathwork deepened as she witnessed its life-changing impact on herself and others. Motivated by a desire to bridge the gap between science and spirituality, she explored somatic therapy, vagal toning, nervous system reset techniques, mindfulness, and stress reduction. Along the way, she earned a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, a Certificate in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, and recently completed advanced training in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy. Her expertise is further grounded in functional breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices.

Day 1: Foundations – Physiology of Stress & Breath

Understand how stress affects the body and breath
Explore the nervous system, vagus nerve, and HPA axis
Learn how chronic stress patterns impact breathing
Introduction to breath chemistry (CO₂, Bohr effect, oxygen delivery)
