Her approach is simple but effective, centred on long lasting positive outcomes for clients and the latest scientific research. 

An extensive knowledge of the human psyche and physiology couple with a passion for breath, mindfulness and somatic release meld to create intelligently designed sessions. Teaching clients easy and actionable tools which they can take into their everyday lives, they reach a state of release, relaxation, and a lasting sense of empowerment.

Kate is a certified advanced yoga practitioner with training in traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha and Yin Yoga .
