Her transformative journey led her to India, where she studied pranayama under the guidance of renowned teacher Sunil Sharma, immersing herself in its profound traditions.
Kate's passion for breathwork deepened as she witnessed its life-changing impact on herself and others. Motivated by a desire to bridge the gap between science and spirituality, she explored somatic therapy, vagal toning, nervous system reset techniques, mindfulness, and stress reduction. Along the way, she earned a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and completed her certification in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy.
