ABOUT PRANABEAT
PRANABEAT began as a breathwork app, created to fuse the power of music with the rhythm of the breath. The vision was simple: to make breathwork more accessible, intuitive, and effective for people at home, wherever and whenever they needed it. Whether it was a quick reset for focus, a calming practice for anxiety, a boost of energy, or a deeper journey into the subconscious, the app offered sessions to match exactly what was needed in the moment.
As the PRANABEAT community grew, something powerful happened. The feedback from users was profound. People were experiencing real, lasting shifts in their emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing. This sparked a bigger question: How can this method reach more people, in more settings, through more facilitators?
PRANABEAT has since evolved into a full practitioner training school, offering powerful programs such as the Breathwork Facilitator Training and the Embodied Nervous System Training for Stress and Somatic Support. These trainings are built around the same philosophy that shaped the app - the PRANABEAT Breathwork Method - a unique and integrative approach developed by founder Kate Robinson. Drawing on years of experience in breathwork, somatics, trauma education, and nervous system regulation, Kate has created a method that is deeply effective, trauma-informed, and truly one of a kind.
Today, PRANABEAT continues to offer both digital tools and in-depth training programs that empower people to heal, grow, and share this work in grounded and meaningful ways.
