HOSTED BY
Kate Robinson & Natasha Cornish
Bali, relaunched.
New co-host, new name, sharper focus. Natasha Cornish joins Kate for 5 to 8 December 2026, and to mark it we are taking A$300 off every room.
An invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember.
Nestled between ancient jungle and sacred coastlines, this is your invitation to come home to yourself. Through the transformative power of breath, movement, and mindful connection, we'll guide you on a four-day journey back to your most elemental self. Rewired, restored, and deeply alive.
This is more than a getaway. It's a quiet revolution disguised as a retreat. A pause that becomes a pivot.
Breath is the bridge between the life you've been living and the one you're ready to step into.
— YOUR GUIDES
Held by two hearts who know the work.
Movement coach, yoga teacher, studio founder & Group Fitness Director at Function Well AustraliaTash has spent over a decade in the wellness industry and has worked just about every corner of it. She started out on the Devon coast teaching Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Rocket, alongside SUP yoga out on the estuary, because if there’s a way to make a practice more playful she will find it. She went on to co-own Easy Tiger, an award-nominated yoga, breathwork and meditation studio in the heart of the City of London, then spent time in Japan running a high-performance yoga and fitness hub in Niseko. These days she’s based in Brisbane as Group Fitness Director at Function Well, one of Australia’s most respected wellness hubs, where she leads the coaching team and still teaches every week.
What you can expect on her mat: strong, intelligently built sequencing that actually goes somewhere. Clear cueing you can follow without craning your neck to check. A real reason behind every shape, rather than because it photographs well. She teaches mobility the way a coach does, with attention to joints, range and recovery, and she teaches flow the way a yogi does, with breath leading the movement. Expect good music, a proper sweat, and full permission to laugh. There’s no reverent hush in a Tash class, which is exactly why people who were sure yoga wasn’t for them tend to stay.
She’s also unfashionably devoted to the basics. In an industry obsessed with tracking, hacking and optimising, Tash will ask about your sleep long before she asks about your handstand. She has little patience for wellness that turns into another thing to win at, and that steadiness is what makes her such a safe pair of hands on retreat. Nothing to prove, nothing to perform, just good work done well.
By the time we land in Bali she’ll be a certified PRANABEAT Method breathwork facilitator, currently deep in the training. Two facilitators, one method, two very different sets of hands.
“Call me old fashioned, but wellness shouldn’t feel like another job.”
Breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, educator & founder of PRANABEATKate Robinson
Kate is the founder of PRANABEAT, an online breathwork platform born in 2023, and the creator of the PRANABEAT Method Facilitator Training, now in its sixth global cohort. Her background spans applied medical sciences, yoga and pranayama teaching, breathwork facilitation, somatic trauma therapy, mindfulness and meditation, and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology. It's this unusual fusion of clinical depth and embodied practice that shapes everything she teaches, sitting precisely at the intersection of body, breath and mind.
Her work is rooted in the conviction that breath is both the most accessible medicine we have and the most underutilised. Whether guiding a private session, training facilitators, or holding a room of two hundred, Kate teaches with the precision of a science-trained mind and the softness of a long-time practitioner. The result is a practice that feels accessible to beginners and structurally sound to clinicians, equally at home in a corporate setting or a candlelit shala.
A sponsored Global Trainer for the Nike Well Collective, Kate has guided thousands through the doorway of breath, from boardrooms to retreat shalas across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the UK and beyond. Her training programs are now supported by a global team of Master Tutors, extending the PRANABEAT Method's reach across multiple continents.
For Kate, this work is less about transformation as spectacle and more about the quiet, repeatable return to the body that breath makes possible. The kind of return that, over time, changes everything.
“I’m not interested in transformation as spectacle. I’m interested in the quiet, repeatable return to the body.”

Slow rituals, not transactions.
Long communal tables, hands-passing-bowls, conversation softened by candlelight. The kitchen sources from gardens just beyond the shala.
