Breathwork & Embodied Movement Retreat
Byron Bay Hinterland | 18–22 June
Prices start from $2050 AUD
A Four-Day Immersion Into Breath, Body & Belonging
This four-day Breathwork and Embodied Movement Retreat is an invitation to step out of the noise of everyday life and return home to your body.
Set within the lush, tranquil hinterlands of Byron Bay, this immersive experience is designed to support deep nervous system regulation, emotional release, embodied awareness, and reconnection - with yourself, with others, and with the natural world around you.
Through daily guided breathwork practices, embodied movement, spacious workshops, and intentional rest, you will be held in a safe, grounded container to soften, expand, and integrate.
This retreat is primarily breathwork-focused, supported by somatic movement practices that help anchor insight and release into the body - so change doesn’t just happen intellectually, but somatically.
